I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and airport, but the room organization was a bit off, making it feel cold during winter. The service was commendable, especially in addressing our transportation needs, but the overall cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The dining experience was varied, offering options for different dietary preferences, but the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel has its charm but has some organizational flaws. The rooms, although attractive, lack perfect organization with an underground setting and a small cellar-style window near the ceiling. The proximity of the reception area to the rooms is convenient but lacks seating options.
I stayed in the furthest block from reception with no lift, which was a slight inconvenience, but the room provided plenty of storage and was decorated in a classical and comfortable style. The spacious layout included an entrance hall, large bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a very roomy bedroom with a four-poster bed.
